Mike Schwarzer

An Internationally Certified Trainer & Master Practitioner in Neuro Semantics and NLP, Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management, Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.

Mike is a Performance Strategist & Modeler. An experienced facilitator and coach, with an ability to connect and align people, he helps organisations to fine tune their performance wizardry to bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to go! This includes creating and cultivating customer friendly buying environments.

A former 5 Star hospitality specialist with the Hyatt International Hotel Group, he has presented to and worked with clients from the private and public sector that include the Hilton Hotel Group, SKYCITY Casino, Accor Hotel Group, Millbank Publications, Hughes Limousines, Roche Pharmaceuticals, SA Local Government, SA Education Department, DFEEST, DFC, SACA, Telstra and ANZ Bank.

Additionally, he is a contract facilitator with TAFE SA in the Certificate 4 in Frontline Management & Government, Diploma of - Management,Government, Local Government, Tourism and Project Management in the areas of Leadership,Change, Customer Service, Work Priorities, Workplace Relationships, Team Effectiveness, Workplace Information Systems, Continuous Improvement. Marketing.

Mike’s thinking is influenced, amongst others, by the field of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) & Neuro Semantics (NS), a cognitive behavioural science, in which he is an Internationally Certified Trainer & Master Practitioner; the Meta Coaching Model; and the field of Structural Dynamics (the Creative Process.

Mike serves as the current Convenor of the AHRI SA Organisational Design & Development Network and has served as a former Executive Director of the SA Chapter of the National Speakers Association of Australia.
