Alexandra Efthimiadou is co-owner and Research and Development Manager of Synolic® - Development Systems, Ltd, nlpingreece®© and nlpicyprus® . She is established in the Greek market as an expert in designing and implementing customized training and coaching interventions to assist people in achieving personal excellence and professional proficiency. In business context she has been successfully applying NLP in training modules and follow up methodologies for role leadership, functionalization alignment for building high performance at the workplace for multinational companies in Greece, Cyprus and Adriatic and Arabic countries.

With a Master's degree in Social Science from the UK and a Ph.D in Human Resource Management from the USA, a Licensed NLP Trainer from Advanced Neuro Dynamics (Accelerated Human Change Technologies) and the First Institute of NLP & DHE – Richard Bandler, in the USA, she served as a key researcher in the creation of the Synolic® Model to Human Resource Development that was published by Alan Barratt and D. Patrick Georges in the British management journal Executive Development, Vol. 8, No. 2, June 1995, under the title "The Synolic Approach to Human Resource Development."

A member of the American Board for NLP, the Time Line Therapy® Association USA, a founding member of the HBNLP (Hellenic Board of NLP) she actively participates and fully supports the mission of the European Board of NLP (www. ebnlp.net).

She is the author of the book NLP – Neuro-linguistic Programming Demythologised and currently she is writing her new NLP practices book in greek language dealing with the theme “lets talk about how you think and think it over”.
