Johnny has over 23 years of experience in the Sales and Sales Management Field. His early start as a door-to-door salesman triggered his passion for Selling as a profession. During his sales career, he has sold B to B and B to C in different industries, products, services, concepts and Ideas. He started afterwards recruiting, leading and training sales people on the Science and Art of Selling.

His career progressed to become a management consultant on Sales, Recruitment & Training for various regional companies.

Johnny’s frustration with the fact that training alone did not always produce the desired results - whereby trainees were able to learn the needed skills during training, yet they were not always able to shift their behaviors and attitudes in order to produce those results - Have lead him to seek new ways and advanced techniques & tools to induce the much needed shift in behaviors and attitudes which are the fuel for any meaningful achievement.

That was when he pursued a certification in Life & Executive coaching from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and became a member of The International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is also a founding member of The Lebanese Coach Association (LCA).
He got also certified by the American Board of NLP (ABNLP) as a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and a certified Master hypnotist as well as a Master certification in Time Line Therapy® and recently added an NLP Coach Certification from The British Association of NLP (ANLP).

He recently founded Crossroad Coaches and is the personal Life & Executive Coach for executives from different industries, from Sales Professionals to Managing Directors and CEOs.

Johnny is an enthusiastic, energetic and versatile learning and development consultant; His seminars and workshops are informal, creating a fun and relaxed environment, yet sharply focused, developing delegates’ long-term strategies for personal development and growth.

Johnny’s training style is dynamic, interactive and humorous. He trains and Coaches in three different languages: English, Arabic and French.
