THE LIVING DYNAMICS CIRCLE SDN BHD or TLDC is focused on identifying, developing and providing Training Programs and Coaching Services to empower Individuals and Corporations to operate at Peak Performance and produce Extraordinary Results consistently. We believe that empowerment is achieved through mastery in three areas – Mastering Self, Mastering Relationships and Mastering Abundance. Our training programs and services are focused on equipping and enabling Individuals and Companies in these three areas. TLDC founder and owner, Mr. Anthony Pinto, spares no effort in investing and developing himself and his staff and associates in these areas!

We currently provide the following Training Programs:

1. “mySatori NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner Certification,” approved by the American Board of NLP.
2. “mySatori NLP Coach Practitioner and Master Practitioner Certification,” approved by the American Board of NLP.
3. “Time Line TherapyTM Practitioner and Master Practitioner Certification,” approved by the Time Line TherapyTM Association.
4. “Hypnotherapy Practitioner and Master Practitioner Certification,” approved by the American Board of Hypnotherapy.
5. “The Secret of Personal Power for Success,” a 2-day workshop program based on Time Line TherapyTM techniques.
6. “The 5-Step Sales Process – an NLP Sales Model,” a 2-day workshop program.
7. Customized Corporate programs based on NLP technologies, for example “Presentation Skills,” “Communicating with NLP – the New Paradigm.”
8. Talent Management consultancy in developing organizational competency models and measurement tools for performance and profiling staff behavior and competencies.
9. One-to-one Executive Performance Breakthrough (EPB) Coaching Sessions. Each EPB Coaching session usually involves up to 15.0 hours of engagement over a few sessions.

PERSONAL PROFILE
ANTHONY PINTO, B.E. (HONS.), MBA,
CERTIFIED TRAINER & MASTER COACH – NLP, TIME LINE THERAPYTM, HYPNOTHERAPY. MEMBER OF ABNLP, TLTA, ABH, IACT

Anthony has more than 30 years of work experience in manufacturing, supply and distribution logistics, sales and marketing, business strategy planning and corporate finance. He has worked in senior management and leadership positions with a major oil multinational locally and overseas; a privately held merger and acquisition company in the US; a large Malaysian public listed company; stock-broking companies in research and corporate finance; a leading telecommunications company; and a Malaysian-owned leading public relations and communication consultancy. He has also practiced as an independent consultant with a local financial advisory services firm. Anthony ventured into personal development training in 2003 and brings his broad business experience and perspective to his programs. He delivers his programs with passion, enthusiasm and excitement.

Anthony is the Principal Trainer and Managing Director of The Living Dynamics Circle Sdn Bhd276025U. He is a Certified NLP Master Coach, Certified Trainer & Master Practitioner of NLP, Time Line TherapyTM and Hypnotherapy, approved by the American Board of NLP (ABNLP), the American Board of Hypnotherapy (ABH) and the Time Line TherapyTM Association (TLTA). Anthony was trained in Sydney by Dr. Tad James and Dr. Adriana James of the Tad James Company and www.nlpcoaching.com. Anthony is a registered member of good standing with ABNLP, ABH, TLTA and IACT (International Association of Counselors and Therapists). Anthony approaches his coaching clients with the belief that everyone is magnificent and has all the resources to achieve extraordinary performance and results. Anthony sees his role as coach is to get his clients to recognize and acknowledge their unlimited capacity, approach their situations with a mindset of infinite possibilities and execute their plans with an attitude of “whatever it takes,” without violating the laws of nature and the rights of their fellow human beings.

Anthony graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering (Honors), University of Malaya in 1975, and an MBA (in Finance), University of Notre Dame, Indiana, US in 1993. He has also completed the “Unleash The Power Within” and “Wealth Mastery” programs with the Anthony Robbins Foundation; the Certified Napoleon Hill Trainer program with Napoleon Hill Associates, Kuala Lumpur, “Seduction of Spirit” meditation program with the Chopra Center for Well-Being, US and personal inner works with “A Course in Miracles” with the Bodhi Fellowship group, Malacca. He is a keen sportsman and outdoors recreation person. He has conquered Mt Kinabalu (13,435 ft.), Gunung Tahan (7,175 ft.) and Gunung Mulu (7,795 ft.). He has also been very active in athletics and games, having completed the KL Marathon. Anthony loves reading and invests substantially in his personal growth. Anthony currently resides in Kuala Lumpur.
