The Paradigm Academy is Norway's leading institute for Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Coaching, Healing and Holistic thinking.

The Paradigm Academy was founded by Gillian R. Godtfredsen (www.godtfredsen.no.). Gillian is English and has over 25 years of experience as a mentor, coach, trainer, teacher, therapist and mother. She is the most sought after coach/healer in Norway and international colleagues describe her as "a pioneer and one of the most powerful female coach/NLP trainers in the world today". Gillian has helped thousands of people at both personal and professional levels - from young children to Olympic Gold Medal winners, ambassadors, members of the European Monarchy, a Prime Minister and so on. As a trainer Gillian has long and extensive experience both in Norway and abroad with over 5000 teaching sessions behind her.

Gillian has chosen the world elite as her teachers and she has followed an untraditional yet systematic and continuous educational path spanning many years. She has integrated the best of modern psychology and thinking with Eastern and Western philosophy and ancient wisdom. During the last few years she has followed specialist educations in Australia, USA, England, Germany, Holland, Hawaii and Bahamas. Most recently she has been taught New Code NLP by co-creator of NLP and New Code NLP Dr. John Grinder.

We include material from all the major schools of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (the classic code of NLP) as well as the new code of NLP. We offer the advantage of teaching the classic material within a new code framework

Gillian holds three different NLP trainer certificates and has been taught by more than 36 different NLP teachers. She travels out into the World 4-5 times a year to meet World class teachers and receive their wisdom first hand.
