Alrai International is incorporated in Singapore with the aim of providing corporate motivation training services and personal life coach services to the region.

- It was started with the aim of helping individuals achieve their personal goals by nuturing and inspiring their own potentials to blossom. We strongly believe that by nuturing aspirations and entrepreneural spirit, everyone can attain uncommon freedom and financial security that is truly in harmony with the workplace,family and community.

- The business covers two main fronts; the corporate front and the private life coach front.

- Corporate Front - Serving corporate clients to help them empower their employees and stakeholders (or agents) with essential skills to excel in the marketplace through customised seminars and workshops. Alrai International employs modern adult learning pedagogies and believes in working closely with the client. This is to bring about lasting and impactful learning outcomes and at the same time, achieving corporate objectives! In other words, work is happily done during training! All of Alrai International STAR-series programs are developed in this fashion to add more value to corporate training expenditure! The STAR-series programs are developed using proven methods employed by military organisations for leadership and skills training. With an added touch of charismatic motivation methods championed by renowned motivational speakers, the STAR-series programs give participants added enjoyment and effective learning.

- Private Front - Helping individuals excel in their career, wealth creation, social life, family life, health and self-mastery through a series of courses and private coaching services (one-on-one). These courses are conducted in association with a team of dynamic and passionate master practioners and professionals in various specialised fields, namely neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), wellness, beauty, image, wealth creation and nutrition science. The DIY Image Club was created as a platform to deliver these courses to individuals. The foundation of this platform lies in 3 key pillars:
The successful amalgation of 3 industries, namely the image industry, beauty industry and wellness industry.
The talent-pool comprising of passionate and dedicated master practioners and professionals in fields that is beyond image, beauty and wellness.
