Menachem is the world's first Religious Jew to study NLP and to be certified as an NLP Practitioner, Master Practitioner and as an NLP Trainer.

He has presented in NLP trainings in the Middle East, the US and Europe and is widely known as Israel's very Neuro Linguistic Programmer.



He has attended independent NLP trainings since the mid 1970s, including with the NLP originators – Richard Bandler & John Grinder,
As well as some of NLP's co-developers - David Gordon, Robert Dilts & Leslie Cameron-Bandler,
And some of their best students, including: Anne Linden, Frank Stass, Stephen & Carol Lankton, Paul Carter and Wyatt Woodsmall.
