Hum is the founder of Humandy Sdn Bhd and Hum Learning, the learning organizations that promote personal transformation and human potential development through advanced mind-body technologies. He is also the co-founder of Malaysian Institute of Neuro-Semantics.

Hum has attained the highest level of international qualification and recognition as a Master Trainer of NLP certified by NLP University, US. Besides being the first certified Neuro-Semantics trainer in Malaysia and the first Chinese-speaking Neuro-Semantics trainer in the world, Hum is also a Certified Master Trainer of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy.

Hum has also achieved high qualifications both academically and professionally. He holds a doctorate in psychology and has vast experience in the study of human mind & behavior for nearly 20 years.
